Correction policy
Calculation or technical error: we will correct and regenerate the report without charge. If the problem cannot be fixed or the report cannot be delivered, you can request a refund.
Accidental birth-detail mistake: request one complimentary regeneration within seven days of purchase. Include the corrected date, time, and city.
Delivery support
Check spam and confirm that the email on your Cosmic Oracle account matches the email used at Gumroad. Your completed reading may also be available in the private dashboard while email delivery is retried.
Refund policy
If a calculation error, technical failure, or non-delivery problem cannot be corrected, you can request a refund by emailing the support address above with the email used for purchase.
Because the report is personalized digital content, change-of-mind purchases are ordinarily final once generation has begun, except where applicable law or Gumroad's buyer protections require otherwise.
