Your birth data should not be mysterious to you.

Information we collect

We use your account email, name, birth date, birth time, birth city, coordinates, calculated chart positions, generated interpretations, and purchase status to create and deliver your report. Cosmic Oracle does not receive your full payment-card details; Gumroad handles the checkout.

How the report is prepared

Swiss Ephemeris calculates chart positions and houses. Structured chart context is then processed with Google Gemini to draft the interpretation. The interpretation service receives calculated chart context rather than your account password or payment-card details. Automated checks validate required sections and cited placements before the PDF is created.

Free Big Three calculator

When the free Big Three calculator is available, it does not create an account, saved chart, report, or share link. The result stays in the current browser session and is cleared when the page reloads. A birthplace search query is sent server-to-server to the named place-search provider separately from birth date and time; it is not placed in a Cosmic Oracle URL, analytics event, application log, or database. Short-lived, hashed security keys may be used to limit abuse. The calculator's visible provider disclosure identifies the provider in use before a search is made.

Birth-Time Uncertainty Explorer

The Explorer keeps personal birth details and comparison results in memory in the current browser tab; they clear when you refresh. Cosmic Oracle does not save Explorer inputs or results to an account or database. The committed fictional demonstration uses dummy details and is separate from personal calculations.

Birthplace search is a separate request. Cosmic Oracle sends the locality text to the OpenStreetMap Foundation Nominatim service, but not your birth date or time. After you select a locality, the private calculation service receives its coordinates with the date and time; it does not receive the search text or provider result identifier.

A short-lived, domain-separated security key helps limit abuse and does not contain or encode birth details, locality text, coordinates, or chart results. Explorer page views, searches, calculations, results, errors, and report links do not emit Explorer analytics events. The separate locality lookup is governed by the Nominatim usage policy and OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

Service providers

Cosmic Oracle relies on Clerk for accounts, Gumroad for payment, Supabase for application data, Google Gemini for interpretation, Resend for email delivery, and hosting providers that run the website and chart worker. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role.

Analytics cookies

With your permission, Cosmic Oracle uses an anonymous first-party token to measure allowlisted page groups, free Big Three completion, report-interest links, and checkout activity. The token contains no account, birth, chart, result, URL, search, or payment-provider data, expires after 14 days without renewal, and is not used across browsers or devices. Raw first-party analytics events are deleted after no more than 30 days.

With the same permission, Cosmic Oracle may load the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, sample-report views, checkout starts, and browser-observed confirmed purchases. Optional analytics are not collected or loaded when you reject them. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings control; withdrawal stops new optional collection, clears the browser token, and requests deletion of its first-party raw events. Verified Gumroad sales and fulfillment records remain separate from anonymous marketing analytics.

Retention and deletion

Your saved chart and interpretations remain available in your account until they are deleted. The temporary PDF file used for email delivery is removed from the chart worker after the delivery attempt. To ask for account or chart-data deletion, email oracle@astro-oracles.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for fraud, accounting, or legal obligations.
